Welcome to the Park Wrekin Elite Summer Camp!
We are thrilled to welcome you to the very first Park Wrekin Elite Summer Camp open to gymnasts and coaches from across the country! This is an exciting opportunity to train alongside some of the best in the sport, in an environment dedicated to high-performance gymnastics and coach education.
Led by Brett Ince, Park Wrekin’s Head Elite Coach and personal coach to Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth medallist Alice Kinsella, our team of expert coaches will deliver an exciting and inspiring training experience. Designed for competitive gymnasts aged 7 and above, this camp is structured to enhance skills, build confidence, and provide valuable insights into elite-level training.
Hosted at the Park Wrekin Gymnastics Centre, this camp is not only about pushing limits but also about fostering a love for gymnastics, learning from the best, and connecting with like-minded athletes and coaches. Whether you are a gymnast eager to refine your technique or a coach looking to expand your knowledge, this is an unmissable opportunity to elevate your gymnastics journey.

Training & Activities
Daily Schedule Overview
The camp is structured to provide focussed, high-quality training while ensuring adequate rest and recovery. Gymnasts will participate in two training sessions per day, covering key areas of skill development, strength, and flexibility.
Day 1 (August 20)
· 10:00 AM – Arrival & Registration
· 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM – Morning Training Session
· 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM – Lunch & Recovery
· 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM – Afternoon Training Session
Days 2 & 3 (August 21-22)
· 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Morning Training Session
· 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM – Lunch & Recovery
· 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM – Afternoon Training Session
Key Training Areas
Gymnasts will focus on essential aspects of performance, including:
✅ Strength & Conditioning – Developing power, endurance, and control
✅ Flexibility & Mobility – Enhancing movement quality and preventing injuries
✅ Skill Refinement – Perfecting technique on all apparatus
